At JOAH BROWN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items in original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is free of any makeup, deodorant, or fragrance marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective envelope, making sure to include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
